What We Do

Apartment Connection can do just about anything you want except sign your lease and pay your rent.  The basic process consists of these four steps:

1.  You Tell Us What You’re Looking For In Your New Housing

Call, email or complete the  request form on our website describing the perfect housing.  Basic information like what area, number of bedrooms and baths, your budget, desired length of lease, anticipated move date, and other needs and preferences.

2.  We Search Our Database of Communities

We’ll research communities that fit your requirements and send information to you on those communities.  You review the information, tell us what you like and don’t like and we find some more.  Once the list is narrowed, we contact all communities to confirm current availability, pricing, specials and discounts.

3.  We Schedule A Tour

Our Tour:  We schedule a date and time to pick you up and drive your selected list of communities.

 

Do-It-Yourself:  We schedule a date and time for you to tour the communities on your own at a pace that fits your needs.

4.  You Lease An Apartment

Once you find something you like, we can assist with the application process, lease signing and your move-in by monitoring what’s happening and following up to make sure that any kinks in the process are ironed out.

 

If furniture is needed, we can provide rental furniture customized to your needs at very affordable pricing.  Studio, one, two and three bedroom packages are available with optional house wares and linens.  Your new home can be set up as turnkey housing wherein all you do is connect the utilities and bring your clothing.
